Monero
goes in.
Proof comes out.
A deterministic issuance protocol where verified Monero destruction creates proof/xmr on Solana.
not backed by monero · forged from monero
Awaiting first successful update · Verified XMR burned is 0 because no burn event has been verified — the protocol is not deployed.
One irreversible journey.
XMR is destroyed — never moved to Solana.
Burned.
Verified.
Issued.
There is no Monero inside proof/xmr.
When XMR is used to create proof/xmr, the issuance system must verify the protocol-defined irreversible XMR destruction mechanism. proof/xmr represents issuance resulting from verified XMR destruction — not custody of XMR.
- —it cannot be redeemed for XMR
- —proof/xmr is not custody-backed
- —the burn event cannot be counted twice
- —the resulting issuance is recorded in the protocol registry
Nothing crosses the bridge.
XMR doesn't cross to Solana.
It ends here.
What continues is proof.
EXAMPLE · output computed from the draft issuance curve at the current protocol state. Not a protocol total.
Privacy stays intact.
Monero doesn't expose every transaction detail publicly. Senders, recipients and amounts stay hidden. A proof/xmr burn reveals only what the protocol needs — for one output, by the person who made it.
private by default · provable when required
Empty because no burn has been verified.
Proof isn't a promise.
It's evidence.

SIMULATIONEvery XMR matters less than the last.
DRAFTThe conversion rate decreases according to the deterministic proof/xmr issuance curve. Earlier verified XMR burns create more proof/xmr. Later burns create progressively less.
rate = 1,000,000 ≫ ⌊burned / 100 XMR⌋. There is no administrator changing issuance. The curve is deterministic.
Monero determines what happened.
Solana determines what can happen next.
A Monero block containing the burn transaction is mined and observed from mainnet daemon RPC.
The burner submits the TXID to the verifier. A TXID alone reveals neither amount nor destination.
The burner supplies a transaction key / tx proof that lets the verifier check one specific output — nothing else.
The verifier checks every condition below before accepting an event.
- — correct protocol destination/mechanism
- — valid transaction proof
- — verified XMR amount
- — Monero block inclusion
- — required confirmation depth
- — correct transaction ordering
- — event has not previously been consumed
Verified facts are committed into a proof object bound to the TXID and block hash.
The append-only registry consumes the event and computes a new root deterministically.
The Solana program checks the proof and the registry transition before accepting state.
proof/xmr is minted according to the issuance curve at the registry's cumulative burned total.
Every proof leaves a mark.
| Event | XMR TX | Block | XMR Burned | proof/xmr Minted | Rate | Registry Root |
|---|
No verified burn events yet.
The registry is empty. Rows appear here only once a burn has been cryptographically verified and accepted.
One state.
Rebuilt by anyone.
The registry is a deterministic function of accepted verified burn events. Anyone with the same Monero chain data and the same proof material must derive the same ordered event list, the same cumulative burned total, and the same registry root.
Don't trust.
Verify.
Never enter a seed phrase or private spend key. proof/xmr will never ask for one.
Verification without trust.
Monero hides amounts, senders and recipients by design. Information that cannot be learned from public chain data must be supplied through the protocol's defined proof mechanism — scoped to one burn output. Monero stays private; only the specific issuance event becomes provable.
No custodian.
No redemption.
No bridge.
NOT WRAPPED XMR
There is no XMR custody account corresponding 1:1 with individual proof/xmr tokens.
NOT A BRIDGE
XMR is not simply transferred from Monero to Solana.
NOT A STABLECOIN
proof/xmr has no guaranteed 1:1 redemption relationship with XMR.
Monero is the production cost.
Not the collateral.
